You can't answer these questions just yes or no

Once again complicated. Generally speaking I'm not in favour of giving people with guns more authority. Something like this would have to be decided on a case by case basis. There is not a simple way to address this. If you can't do it properly then I will say no I do not support it. I'm leaning towards no because I really don't trust that giving the police more authority will help anybody really. So it seems up till now. Convince me otherwise
