Should the government increase or decrease foreign aid spending?

United Nations need to work together to solve world problems such as these collectively

Had they, for example, the taliban would not be taking over in Afghanistan because they would not be allowed to hold any power. (Innocent people would not now require rescuing, etc)
One country’s problem needs to be a problem for all civil countries collectively.
