The current situation with unaffordable housing is something governments have caused by not issuing building permits quick enough, not freeing up land for new construction and sticking to a yearly quota of immigrants (there are a few more reasons)

Yes, but only for non-surgical treatments such as puberty blockers and hormone therapy
