Should gay couples have the same adoption rights as straight couples?

Ive experienced this personally with my sister who went to a sperm bank so her and her wife could have a kid

I believe its fine to have a child, but there needs to be friends or family members or both sexes to provide influence. Addtionally, its fine to support if that child becomes lgbtq but I think its wrong to consistently push it on the child.

Yes, but only for non-surgical treatments such as puberty blockers and hormone therapy
