Should there be more or less privatization of hospital and healthcare services?

A luxury price point, private health care should be available

People that can afford private care simply go to the USA for private treatment if they need it. Canadian government may as well have few private hospitals at the same cost as US health care. Only incentive to go to Canadian private health care over American would be to save on travel.
