Yes, and I think maybe the government should provide free university education

I'm not as educated on this topic as I'd like to be to make a good stance on this, but I do know that based on today's minimum wage, it's often incredibly hard to pay for tuition, student loans and other costs. So having cheaper or free university educations would be highly beneficial.
