No, not all drugs but drugs that can offer medical or psychological benefits should be decriminalized

Also, there should be an increase in funding for addiction prevention and rehabilitation, plus offenders shouldn't have to serve time or if they must, the sentence should be short. The focus has to be on them getting better, not punised.
