Foreign Aid provided to specific countries should be highly regulated and not be done

in a post disaster situation like the 2014 earthquake in Haiti, or more recently the Beirut explosion a litany of aid needs from both government and non governmental actors are required to improve the situation in that country. the international community has a duty to render such aid in times of crisis.

that to me is a more important and more globally beneficially use of Canadian funds then to allocate 3 billion dollars of defence materials by Canada to Saudi Arabia.
