Temporary foreign workers should only be used for industries with a shortage of Canadian workers

However, these industries should gain promotion within the country to encourage more Canadian citizens to get involved in these industries. As always, when temporary foreign workers are brought in to work, they deserve the same wage and rights, and conditions while they're working as a Canadian citizen would receive. Their work and time needs to be valued.
