university fee for programmes like under-graduation is not as high but the tuition fee is high for master programmes like med school and law school which makes sense also. however, there are many international students who want to study in Canada, students with great potential. the fee for them should not be as high as it is now. it is more than even triple the fee for a residence or a citizen.
