Should foreigners, currently residing in the United States, have the right to vote?

I have been a permanent resident since the early 70's

I should have applied for citizenship many years ago, I was too busy raising 4 Canadian children. Now with the price tag so high to obtain citizenship, I haven't bothered. Long answer to say yes, we should have a right to vote as contributing, tax paying members of Canadian society.

Yes, but only for non-surgical treatments such as puberty blockers and hormone therapy
