No, keep current funding, but make sure the funding does not go towards militarizing the police.
@4MW5VJW4yrs4Y
Keep funding the same, increase funding for police training especially in higher crime rate communities and replace police with unarmed community based responders for non-violent calls
@8Q5NGWK4yrs4Y
Lower funding for police departments and redirect the difference to community based programs.
@35W6RJ24yrs4Y
The police system must be reformed and have subdivisions that deal in community and social based issues.
@8YFCZ4T3yrs3Y
Yes, but funding for police departments should not be cut entirely
@8X8TPKQ3yrs3Y
Yes, and increase funding for different and new emergency response systems.
@3G3PDRM4yrs4Y
Increase funding for high crime rates, have community based responders, have more social workers
@8PCFZTQ4yrs4Y
Neither, completely abolish the system.
@88SWF884yrs4Y
Tax reform for both of these to have more funding.
@8FJK7XV5yrs5Y
No, put the current funding toward better mental health services and better police training.
@8GGZQTR5yrs5Y
There should not be a significant amount of funding, but just enough for the police to do their job and nothing more
@8KRQRTQ4yrs4Y
I think we nee police reform.
@8LXB5GL4yrs4Y
I don’t think that defunding the police is the right choice but I think the should follow the same rules a regular citizen does and should go through more years of training.
@8MR6ZZG4yrs4Y
The police should be reformed
@8P9CLBG4yrs4Y
Only take so much of the money from the police. They still need a pay check.
@8THH6VK4yrs4Y
Yes, replace police with unarmed community based responders for non-violent calls/emergencies, and abolish the police.
@8W9KX2R4yrs4Y
I think we need to train to understand people and increase them where they are needed most in certain parts of the U.S
@8XFNL5B3yrs3Y
This one is kind of tricky for me. I think that police should be trained more so they know what to do in more situations. Like what to do differently when a white cop is approaching a person of color. I do think that wee need more social community based programs though.
@8ZRKB483yrs3Y
No, redirect other money to social and community based programs.
