Should funding for local police departments be redirected to social and community based programs?

This one is kind of tricky for me

I think that police should be trained more so they know what to do in more situations. Like what to do differently when a white cop is approaching a person of color. I do think that wee need more social community based programs though.

Yes, but only for non-surgical treatments such as puberty blockers and hormone therapy
