Yes this is very important and infraction i think it should be more because if they have enough money to buy two houses in this day and age of canada t heir obviously wealthy enough to be able to pay taxes and the taxes from this should be going back to the people not the priminister

Yes, I believe in maintaining a variable tax rate to control the influx of non résident investors. There should also be strict guidelines that they must follow in order to purchase property in Canada. The federal government also needs better statistics with regards to the real estate market.

No, If housing supply is too low due to non-residents, only citizens can own real estate.

Yes, there needs to be an annual tax on all property, it should be tiered like income tax so the higher the value the more you pay.

Foreign buyer tax is already 20%. I don't believe that they need to add more.
