In September 2019 the government introduced a plan where prospective home buyers can finance 5-10% of their mortgage via a shared equity program administered by Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC). Households who make $120K or less and put down 5% will qualify for the program which will cost an estimated $1.25 billion.

We should have zero corporate ownership of homes, zero foreign buyers, and increase the empty homes tax to over 100%

Yes. And no corporation should be allowed to own multiple homes unless they have a tax increase. And citizens should not be allowed to own so many homes as then they restrict affordable places and affordable rentals. They should only own 2 places total. And only those with a citizenship should own property.

The government should subsidize home buyers who make less than $100K per year.

No, we need to increase production of homes and subsidize people buying property in order to build housing on the vacant lands.
They should just build more housing.

It's the cost of housing that is the issue in comparison to the wages that aren't going up with inflation.
