Governments should subsidize home buyers who make less than $70,000 per year

 @93RB687from Ontario  answered…3yrs3Y

The government in addition to doing this should lower the cost of housing in order to avoid spending so much on helping others.

 @8VVZV8Jfrom Quebec  answered…4yrs4Y

No, but they should educate people on managing finances better and provide homes with fairer pricing (condos, appartements) for people with lower incomes.

Should deal with supply issues instead of pushing demand for starter homes

No, they should just properly regulate the housing industry such that prices don't inflate faster than currency inflation.

 @8TVYP53from Ontario  answered…4yrs4Y

Should get involved with increased housing market and lack of income to accommodate

 @8TVM8DFfrom Ontario  answered…4yrs4Y

No, but the government should change policy around realtors and blind bidding, making prices fairer and transparent

They should provide a head start to for first time home buyers to get into the market but I don't think they should be given a full grant every time.

There should be prevention of foreign buyers buying homes that are not lived in. And more affordable housing.

 @9CMSLDJNew Democraticfrom Ontario  answered…2yrs2Y

Yes, but the government should limit the amount of houses they can subsidize for an individual (the individual can still buy more houses but the government will not subsidize)

Foreign ownership and land speculating must be severely limited and new, environmentally designed houses/communities should be built to create new stock
