No, but build at public expense many starter homes of various kinds of sufficient quality to allow low income owners to buy and build equity. Also, support co-ops

It’s more complex and nuanced than that; better to allow mortgages to lower down payments to first/starter homes to 3 percent, with good rental history

I think the government should subsidize those who make much less than that. There should be a percentage calculation dependent on the income of the individual and how many people they support in their household.

I think there should be living spaces for everyone no matter what their income is. There should be freedom to have 4 walls and roof over everyone’s head.
