Trans-man (woman to man) should be allowed to compete, but trans-women should depend based on hormone levels because men have higher levels of hormones and different chemicals that make them stronger.

Trans men yes trans women no if they went through male puberty. Trans women have an unfair advantage if they went through male puberty.

There should be 2 different brackets of athletics made for Transgender athletes.

Yes, I can only speak to MtF HRT, but going on HRT decreases muscle mass and bone density, thus effectively removing any actual differences. Honestly, I think gender classification should probably just be removed and replaced with just having sports be based on weight classification.

Yes, but transgender sports should be a separate category from Men's and Women's sports. Add Trans-Men and Trans-Women as separate categories.
