No we have to stop incarcerating people for drug possession. We should order them to treatment. We don't jail people for alcohol problems. Just because the substance someone has a problem with is a banned substance that isnt right to send them to jail. We must do all we can to stop drugs from coming into our country. We must prosecute drug traffickers as well.
