Opening safe heavens for people who use drugs would be good and cause less death, not only that but people could actually consider getting help instead of just getting worse

Around 21 million (6%) of the population in Canada are addicts tied to drugs. Due to drugs and their highly addictive quality. more and more people will be unsensible and fall deeper down, with nothing to stop them from Safe Haven enabling them.

The only case of drugs disappearing without criminal law enforcement is heroin, and it’s because it was so harmful all consumers eventually died, so the cooks had no market left.

people while on these drugs can be unpredictable and the methods that they'd go to get their fix could and most likely would be unethical.

Safe Haven doesn't solve the problem of drug addiction, it just lets people be addicted under medical supervision. Rehabilitation under medical care is the best possible solution to help drug addicts remove themselves from any harmful substances.

I believe that the safe havens can eventually phase drug addicts out of addiction and into a better life free of drugs.
