An Canadian citizen that has committed a crime will have a record and be punished. If a immigrant were to do the same their dual citizenship would be revoked as a punishment, but if not crime committed no punishment.

No unless you have a full background check and have a job lined up and money in your bank along with valid reason to be in Canada
