Electoral District (2011):
@9FHJXXC2yrs2Y
It should be lowered to 13, everyone deserves a right to vote
@9F889LL2yrs2Y
Voting age should be 16 for municipal and Provincal but not federal.
@9ZMK8WW5mos5MO
yes, rather than age, voters should be required to pass a basic test demonstrating their understanding of politics in order to vote
@8Z5KNTP3yrs3Y
No, the age limit is at a good age limit because 18 year olds are mature enough and know most of the basics, so they aren't completly helpless. 18 is, in my opinion, the perfect age limit to start voting.
@8WM34R64yrs4Y
yes the voting age should be 16+
@8VPTHT94yrs4Y
only lowered by one or two years.
@8VMKCZF4yrs4Y
lowered only by a year or two
@8SGSGJ84yrs4Y
yes I think that in Canada voting age should be lowered to 16 years of age
@8S6WDXN4yrs4Y
I would say that if you are paying taxes you should have the right to vote, but instead of lowering voting age don’t tax the working youth
@Jatzuyu4yrs4Y
No, any lower will be bad as they will not be mature enough.
@8K2FWPD4yrs4Y
If they want to vote and are underage should fill out some sort of easy to get request to vote form but also get to vote if they pay taxes
@8JGYPSV4yrs4Y
Yes, we should give high school students a chance to vote while they're going to school and can learn what it means
@8VBPWX94yrs4Y
It all depends on the percentage of 19 year olds that vote now. If they hardly vote, dont decrease it. If they vote heavily, than consider 18 years old
