Voting age should be lowered to 16, they have a right to purchase a vehicle at that age so why not go all out in the consent

It really depends on the maturity level of the citizen themself, I feel the lowest should/could be around 16-17. But I feel like 18 is a reasonable age.

No, and I believe there should be a voter age cap for those older then the the average life expectancy.
