yes but they should have to have a minimum amount of time in the country, I like 10 years. They should keep their nose clean for that entire time. And they should be gainfully employed and paying tax.

Yes and No. Some people from other countries have knowledge of a situaton better than americans. Some coutries however have no idea.

no because they are not Americans and do not have a green card so should mean that they should not vote
