because the government of the country they are living in don't have right to give them punishment because they are not resident of that country and they should be sent back to their home country with police so that they don't hurt someone on their way back and lives are so important.

I do not think immigrants should be deported based on a crime. If a citizen commits a crime we do not ship them off so why would we deport an immigrant regarless what what crime they committed.
