Better profs go to institutions with better pay. Some institutions provide poor course selection and inadequate training due to imbalanced salaries for researchers and faculty in their province. Salaries for faculty ought to be more similar across provinces.

The education of Canada's children, teens and young adults should be managed by the parents that are paying for that education. If parents want to hire a private tutor or teach them on their own this should exclude them from paying the taxes that are paid toward public education.
In public schools it should be prohibited by law for teachers or other school staff to express personal opinions, or to teach matters of a political nature. Reading, writing, arithmetic, history, geography and physical education should be the only subjects permitted to be taught in public schools.
