Whoever at the time is better suited for making such decisions such as expertise and focus group.
@95QSJH83yrs3Y
it should neither be federal or provincial
@958BPQ23yrs3Y
Education should be entirely free and paid for by government
@938FKXK3yrs3Y
Does not matter, it should be free
Both of them and it should be free
Why has this never been explained
@8W2MDW8New Democratic4yrs4Y
It depends what province you are coming from.
@8VRZY3V4yrs4Y
Both levels should play a supporting role in managing accessibility and positive student outcomes if we want to have a wealthy, educated population.
Post secondary school should be free for all
@8SLBSS84yrs4Y
Yes, I think both should share an equal responsibility
@8S3NTLN4yrs4Y
education should be like Finland's with provincial standers, further more we should be teaching these children the importance of work and solidarity
@8S3NTLN4yrs4Y
education should be like Finland's with federal standers, further more we should be teaching these children the importance of work and solidarity

The government has nothing to do with the responsibility of post secondary education and it should stay that way. Government loans aren't the same thing.
@9C8LRZ2New Democratic2yrs2Y
Both should be responsible as well as the municipality.
@98GGKZ82yrs2Y
It should be both. Provincial should do what they can and federal should oversee and help. A province with lower populations and fewer post secondary institutions could need full federal support.
@97Z4XG72yrs2Y
Both should fund education
@96CQ5DR3yrs3Y
The government should subsidize postsecondary education
@8GL5JLB5yrs5Y
No government involvement in post secondary
@8G5QG8Q5yrs5Y
Education should be ran by the government.
@8VCBDDJConservative4yrs4Y
I’m fine with how it is now
@8VBC5MZ4yrs4Y
University and College education is not the governments problem
@8V8YM2L4yrs4Y
@8V25LSD4yrs4Y
I believe it should be both branches responsibility
@8TZ48GP4yrs4Y
The government needs to give better supplies for schools. They should also make it so it is easier for children and teens who have a hard time with mental health that has been proven by specialized doctors to properly get their way of learning as well instead of tailoring to just the general mass.
@8TXFF6Y4yrs4Y
Free paid by both fed and prov
@8TWGQF8New Democratic4yrs4Y
Shared responsibility with the majority falling on the province.
@8PL6PLP4yrs4Y
This is constitutionally mandated. The answers are inappropriate.
@8PGQSL74yrs4Y
I believe that itshouldnt even be a must to attend school. Going to school teaches us nothing for our upcoming years in life. Everything that we learn in school is basically useless. THerefore since school does not prepare us for life whatever i believe it should be optional to send your kid. Schools can also be a very toxic environment for children an the teachers and staff wouldn't know. School now a days feels more like a prison than a place where i am suppose to learn.
@8JHT3774yrs4Y
Both. Sometimes provinces have no idea how to design curriculums and each school zone does different teachings. Currently the school system is not great
@8DYLPT45yrs5Y
It should be free. Student debt sucks. Places such as Czech Republic have FREE EDUCATION!!!
@8DNY2K35yrs5Y
Provincial Colleges should be free for Everyone, Universities should not be subsidized at all.
@8V3GL8D4yrs4Y
Both should be included to some degree
