University should be free. Student who have excellent grades should be paid to go to school. Especially if it’s masters or PhD. Population will be more educated.

Yes and prevent the addition of fees per course for immigrants! We can barely afford to pay for our own course without having to contribute to someone education not in our family.

Provide very low cost university education for citizens of this country who will remain in this country and use that education to benefit the country. Increase the cost to foreign students to study here and if they decide to remain in this country and use that education to benefit this country then they get a tax break. However, if they choose to leave this country and take that brain trust elsewhere they should pay top dollar for their education.
