Should Canada raise taxes on the rich?

Australia currently has a progressive tax system whereby high income earners pay a higher percentage of tax than low income tax. A more progressive income tax system has been proposed as a tool towards reducing wealth inequality.

Lower taxes for the poor increase taxes for the rich and remove all existing tax loopholes and be able to choose to pay specific taxes on which do you actually use

Regardless of what you make 10% is 10%. Everyone should have the same tax rate. If I make 20K a year I would pay 2,000.00 in taxes... If I made 2 million a year, I would pay 200,000.00 in taxes. The rich would automatically pay more because they make more. Its shouldn't be that complicated.

Axis of Desperation: Russia Recruits North Korean Soldiers in Ukraine War

Secretary of Defense Lloyd J. Austin III confirmed on Wednesday that North Korea had sent troops to Russia to join the fight against Ukraine, a major shift in Moscow’s effort to win the war. Mr. Austin called the North’s presence a “very, very serious” escalation that would have ramifications in both Europe and Asia.“What exactly are they doing?” Mr. Austin told reporters at a military base in Italy after a trip to Ukraine. “Left to be seen.” He gave no details about the number of troops already there or the number expected to arrive.Mr. Austin cast President Vladimir V.
