I don't believe people should be bullied for representing something different. But medically if in hospital or something related form there should be biological birth option.

Everyone is equal no matter their opinion, color or life choice. The federal government doesn't need to ask these questions or even know what the person looks like to hire them. As for private businesses, if your applying for a job that requires a certain look. That isn't discriminating to say a person isn't qualified for this job

Well after all, if anyone wants to be psychologically different in terms of gender, they can be. They have the right to be trans, non-binary, etc. You can freely express your psychological gender all you want.

No, since no laws should exist mandating that any institutions be they public or private give preferential treatment to any group of people based on traits they were born with, which includes gender identity.
