Companies should be allowed to hire foreign workers, but the government will provide no incentives to do so, and companies must pay all expenses to hire these foreign workers (sponsorship)

Monitor how this impacts our economy and increase or decrease as is needed. Ask for more detailed public input and provide more information to the public in terms of information across the board.

Canada should grant temporary work visas in a controlled way to make sure that it is sustainable and that the best and the brightest come to Canada.

Have the required amount don't add more and encourage it but don't discourage it. In essences the Government should stay out and not have any involvement.
