neither, canada's economy relies on high-skilled immigrant workers but there are also millions of Canadian's who can't find jobs

Increase, but I am concerned about immigrants being paid poorly and not having safe housing (as we saw was the case for temporary immigrant workers when there were many covid outbreaks in the insufficient housing offered by employers).

The TFW program should be completely revamped so that it isn’t used to suppress wages of Canadian citizens while taking advantage of desperate foreign workers.
