Yes, there should be increased funding covering alternative healthcare options (acupuncture, naturopathic physicians, massage therapy, etc.)

They should be covering more life-threatening or life-altering Healthcare issues which are not contributed by the person themselves and cut funding for people that have overeaten or over indulged in drugs or alcohol
