Should immigrants from high risk countries be banned from entering the country until the government improves its ability to screen out potential terrorists?
Yes - should also do criminal checks of immigrants coming to Canada. It shouldn't be fresh start for criminals

Yes - and leave our garbage/recycling here. Provide rebates for recycling, invent products with recycled materials in Canada
