No, They were born as the opposite gender therefore should compete in that gender category.

Should the government increase funding for homeless shelters and services?
Do you think increasing funding for shelters will truly help, or will it lead to other challenges?
No. Most of them are drug addicts nontheless, and it would cause problems for people who don't like each other.
