Should the federal government increase spending on healthcare?
No, and more services should be privatized
If Healthcare was privatized the cost for quality healthcare could be driven up and be unaffordable for some citizens.

Should the federal government increase spending on healthcare?
Yes
If Healthcare was privately owned some citizens couldn't pay and deny them of treatment. Healthcare should be cheap if not free.
