Should foreigners be banned from buying homes in Canada for 2 years?
Yes, but only if it is their primary residence or if it is a vacation home then have them pay a small tax while there outside of canada

Should the government impose a 1% tax on real estate owned by non-residents?
After the economy improves then we can, however with the housing crisis and other such problems it is not currently fisable.

Should the government raise taxes on the rich?
Increase the income tax rate for the wealthy, but lower it for people of the middle class and remove all existing tax loopholes for large corporations.
