No, and gay couples should not be able to adopt children
Gay couples should absolutely be able to adopt children and be treated equally in the application process.

Should gay couples have the same adoption rights as straight couples?
Yes
If the couple loves each other and can raise a child to be a good person, provide for them and be a good parent, their sexuality shouldn't matter.
