Should hate speech be protected by freedom of speech laws?
Yes, because everyone will be offended by something, you can't regulate it, and hateful words should be and are seen more as taboo

Should gay couples have the same adoption rights as straight couples?
No, studies have shown the superiority of the nuclear family, though, if certain measures were taken such as some sort of female/male nurturer then absolutely.
