Should prisoners serving life sentences for first degree murder be eligible for a parole hearing after 15 years?
Yes, without a strict evaluation where it was unplanned but first degree because of the victim's occupation. For other cases, with an evaluation.

Should immigrants be deported if they commit a serious crime?
Yes but only if the serious crime is violent or otherwise directly harmful to people rather than a company etc.
