Not until the businesses that cause the majority of pollution are reprimanded first.

Should a politician, who has been formerly convicted of a crime, be allowed to run for office?
Yes as long as it is a forgivable crime that they have served a proper sentence for. It would have to be judged on a case to case basis.

Should all public buses and trains run on electric power?
Yes but it is not the most pressing matter right now. There should be a gradual change from fossil fuels to electric power.
