I don’t think it’s a good idea, however, it does not represent the best ideals. Colonialism took away many rights and freedoms of the indigenous people

They should not be forced to learn. If they choose to learn then the government should provide resources for them

Yes, but make it affordable!! And not just condos.. townhomes too, places with yards for families

Should foreigners be banned from buying homes in Canada for 2 years?
People who are purchasing homes for extra capital, yes. Not people who are moving to Canada to have a better life/flee
