Should the government impose a 1% tax on real estate owned by non-residents?
If someone does not reside in Canada for at least 6 months per year, they should be taxed with a speculation tax.

Should the federal government subsidize universal child care?
Yes, but only for low-income families. At the same time, increase the income paid to childcare workers commensurate with a teachers income.
