Yes, but do four 10 hour days split in two for non service industry, and split in three for service industry for meals and errands.

No, not as a broad all encompassing measure. Police are underfunded and underpaid as is.

No, aid was already given to American citizens. Aid was also given to the schools and either never used or misused.
