Absolutely not. There is far too much potential for bad actors with biases to pull the strings on another countries government for ill intentioned politicians/agencies/militaries/financiers.
We should never interfere with another countries voting and policies.

Corporations do it all the time. Borders are fake. I somehow care less about government bodies like the us cia interfering in elections and I resent the use of the word foreign.
