Yes, but have it that voters from 16-18 must pass a basic test demonstrating their understanding of politics and must be taxpayers (like income or property)

There are some incredibly smart kids that know more than the average adult about worldly topics and politics. Perhaps, when younger aged, they can write a short and simple test to show their competence in order to vote.

Ideally, it is not age but knowledge that matters, so if we could test voters on knowledge before allowing them the right to vote, that would be ideal as long as this system is not too costly.

Yes and no, it depends on how low they'd go with the age. Mainly just make it easier to get informed on political parties

Voting age should be 21 years, 18 year olds are still too young. Lots of 18 year olds have never even had a job.

18 years old is fine but some people are very dumb and are not educated enough, I think it veries from person to person.

If teens are able to join the military (at 16) then they should be able to vote as well. If they can't vote then they shouldn't be able to join the military. Additionally, I think it should be mandatory to vote.

Younger people should be allowed to vote, but they should have to write a test or prove their competency in their understanding of politics. We don’t need uneducated youth putting in votes and affecting the outcome of the election unless they know what and who they are voting for
