Marriage is between a man and a woman. If a gay couple wants to be together, they can become common law, but they cannot be marriage in the same sense a man and woman can be married.

Marriage is defined through biblical terms and our country was founded on biblical principals. If two people of the same sex want a union with benefits the same as a married couple I will not oppose that, but it should not utilize the term marriage.
