Canada should not only decrease the human aid spending on other countries, they should try to eliminate it fully because most of our foreign aid that is sent to other countries is not getting received or is being sold there. I was in Lebanon and I saw different foreign aid from all over the world being sold on the regular rather than helping people with it.
