Yes if it were used for commercial film and photography and services like search and rescue. There is enough advertising plugging up everything around us. We don’t need drones following us around trying to sell something

Case by case basis. Drones should be by permit and case by case basis. Possibly with a regulatory course on permitted usage and rights and freedoms.

Yes, but strict regulations for flying near or over private property, or quality of camera equipped.

It depends on the type of commercial purpose. Surveyors and construction might benefit but do we need drone delivered pizza?

For delivery, research of difficult geographical areas, making movies etc. yes. For spying and collecting data for the use in marketing campaigns, NO. So I guess yes but very strictly regulated.
