As long as they are not trespassing on any other land, or doing nothing illegal, I think drones are good for commercials

Yes, but at a cost and with a licence. Drones have the potential for intrusion into the private realm and this will hopefully be preventative

Not until there are regulations on where they fly, camera usage, saftey issues have been dealt with and what if any criminal offenses would be involved if someone did something to cause one to crash

Not entirely, using drones can invade private properties and gather personal information.

As long as there is proof that it is safe, it is being used in a safe environment, and it is being operated by professionals it should be okay.

Yes, but drones used for commercial purposes should require a license and should be used responsibly without invading anyone's privacy
